The challenge: this single-car garage had vanished under tools, bikes and years of gear — every wall stacked, the floor gone, the car parked on the street for months.
What we did: our two-person crew sorted every item into keep, donate and haul, cleared and donated what was leaving, swept and washed the concrete, and organized what stayed onto the shelving. Start to finish in a single afternoon — and the car was back inside that same evening.

A driveway buried in junk → cleared in an afternoon
The challenge: a three-car garage so full the overflow had spilled across the entire driveway — bikes, cables, old furniture and bags blocking every bay and the parking pad.
What we did: we sorted, hauled and donated every piece, emptied all three bays, and swept the pavement clean — a full crew day with multiple loads, much of it donated or recycled rather than dumped. By evening you'd never know it had been there.

The challenge: a detached garage crammed wall-to-wall with leftover equipment, an old workbench and odds and ends nobody had touched in years — unusable as anything but storage.
What we did: we emptied it completely, swept it down to clean concrete, and neatly stored the few things worth keeping — handing back a dry, open space ready to become a workshop, gym or proper parking spot again.

Most single garages are cleared, swept and organized in a few hours; larger multi-bay jobs in a day. We work in one visit wherever we can.
Do you really donate what you remove?
Yes — usable furniture, tools and goods go to local Toronto charities, and metals and electronics are recycled. Up to 60% of a typical load stays out of landfill.

How much does a garage transformation cost?
