Can you turn a garage around before my listing goes live?
Usually yes — same and next-day windows are common across Toronto, the GTA and Durham. Send the address and your photo or closing date and we'll schedule to beat it.
Do you invoice, or bill the seller directly?
Either. You get one flat-rate price and a proper invoice — bill it back to the seller, fold it into your prep budget, or have us deal with the homeowner directly. Your call.
What if the seller hasn't cleared anything out?
That's the normal case. We sort it on site — keep, donate, recycle, haul — and can set aside anything the seller flags. Usable goods are donated to local charities and documented.
How much does a realtor garage cleanout cost?
Every job is quoted from a couple of photos before we book — most are a flat rate, and we'll tell you upfront if a larger property is better priced by the hour. You always get the price first.
