How long does a full garage cleanout take?
Most single-garage cleanouts take 3 to 5 hours from arrival to final sweep. Larger jobs like double garages, basements, or estate properties may take a full day. Your photo quote includes a time estimate, and we confirm the schedule before we arrive.
How much does a garage cleanout cost in Toronto?
Every garage is priced upfront from the photos you text us — based on volume and access, not the hour. You get the number before you book, and the price we quote is the price you pay unless the actual volume differs significantly from the photos.
Can I hire someone to clean out my garage for me?
Yes — that's exactly what we do. You don't lift a thing or make a single dump run. We sort, haul, donate, recycle and sweep, and on Reset & Restore jobs we wash the floor too. Text a few photos and we'll handle the rest, often the same or next day.
Do I need to be home during the cleanout?
No. Many clients give us garage access and go about their day. We do a quick walkthrough together first, either in person or over the phone, to confirm what stays and what goes. After that, our crew handles everything and sends photos when the job is done.
Can you come the same day?

What happens to my items after removal?
We sort every load. Usable furniture, tools, and household goods are donated to local Toronto charities and shelters. Metals and electronics go to certified recyclers. Only true waste goes to city-approved transfer stations, which keeps up to 60% of each load out of landfill.
Do you clean the space after hauling everything away?
Yes. Every cleanout ends broom-clean as standard. For garages, we offer concrete floor scrubbing and washing as part of our Reset & Restore service, so the space is genuinely usable the moment we leave.
