What areas do you serve?
All of Toronto and the GTA — including Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Pickering, Ajax and Whitby. Text photos and we'll confirm coverage and the earliest window.
How does pricing work?
You text a few photos of the space and we reply with one flat price, set by volume and access — not by the hour. You get the number before you book, with no home visit and no surprises. The price we quote is the price you pay unless the actual volume is well beyond the photos.
What do you take — and what don't you?
Furniture, appliances, tools, tires, bikes, boxes, renovation debris, e-waste, yard and patio items, plus specialty pieces like pianos, hot tubs and pool tables. We follow municipal rules for hazardous materials (paint, oil, propane) and will guide you on those. If it's in the space, just include it in your photos.
Can you come the same day?
Often, yes. Same-day and next-day jobs are common across the GTA. When you text photos we'll tell you the earliest window we can fit you in, right alongside your quote.
What happens to everything you remove?
We sort every load. Usable furniture, tools and household goods are donated to local charities; metals and electronics go to certified recyclers; only true waste goes to approved facilities. Up to 60% of a typical load stays out of landfill.
